ALTERATION
FACTSHEET
This sheet
provides you with some information on how our alteration service works
 | Please ensure you bring your shoes &
undergarments that you will wear on your wedding/special day with you to the
first & subsequent fittings with Sarah.
|
 | Please be aware that any change in your
undergarments in between fittings may change your shape. If this results in
another fitting, please be aware you will be charged for this.
|
 | It may be possible to have bra support cups
sewn in your garment & if this is something you wish to take place,
please advise the seamstress on fitting.
|
 | We do recommend that you consider being
properly fitted for your underwear & recommend the services of Elouise
Lingerie in Buckden for this.
|
 | If you are aiming to lose weight before your
wedding, please advise Olivia Grace Bridal. Any major weight loss will need
to have been achieved before your first fitting with Sarah.
|
 | Sarah will provide you with a quotation at the
first fitting for the work to be undertaken on your garment. This quotation
will be for the work as discussed and includes one further fitting. Any
further fittings/alterations may incur further charges.
|
 | You will be required to sign this quotation to
state you are happy for the work to take place.
|
 | Payment in full is required when the
alterations have been completed (or you can pay beforehand if you wish)
& can be paid in cash, cheque or credit/debit card. All cheques are to
be made payable to Ms Sarah Stammler.
|
 | Any items purchased from Olivia Grace Bridal
must be paid for in full before any alteration work is commenced.
|
 | Separate appointments of half an hour each must
be booked for the bride, bridesmaids & mother of the bride/bridegroom to
ensure you get individual attention without any distractions.
|
 | We can accommodate one other person attending
the fittings with you – if you would like other family/friends to view you
in your dress, please make a separate appointment with the shop & this
can be arranged.
